THE MNA IS NOW ACCEPTING CANDIDATES
FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
We encourage all interested resident to either run for a board position.
HOW TO RUN FOR A BOARD POSITION:
To submit your candidacy for a board position, please email your Bio and a photo of yourself to board@midtownatlanta.org by January 20, 2017.
We will conduct elections, by ballot, at the Annual Spaghetti Dinner Meeting and Board Election meeting on January 26, 2017. The new board will be announced immediately after the elections.
Board Member responsibilities include chairing or co-chairing one of the MNA standing or ad hoc committees. All board members must attend monthly board meetings (last Thursday of the month).
Strong Candidates have a commitment to their neighborhood, good communication and collaboration skills and can commit 10-15 hours a month to committee work. A record of volunteering and leadership are characteristics of an ideal candidate.
MNA Board members and candidates must maintain membership status at the Contributing Level.
