Watershed Management Addressing Service Requests Backlog
Through June DWM inspectors will canvas neighborhoods throughout the city assessing issues such as leaks and dammed meters and manholes in an effort to improve our operations and service delivery. Bill Payment Amnesty Program
Watershed Management will provide an amnesty program for customers with outstanding balances of more then $500 during the month of March.
Visti 2 City Plaza (72 Marietta St) on one of the dates below between 9:30am and 3:30pm to establish a flexible payment plan that fits your budget. You also may call 404- 546- 0311 to make payment arrangements.
Monday March 13 & Tuesday March 14
Monday March 20 & Tuesday March 21
Monday March 27 & Tuesday March 28
Customers must pay 20 percent of their balance before payment plan will be accepted. Late fees and assessment will be waived during the amnesty period.

Level 2 Drought Continues
