According to reports presented to the MNA Board of Directors by Zone 5 Commander Major Schierbaum, parking violations for the two day festival were down year over year with Zone 5 totals of 76 recorded in 2016 and 36 recorded in 2017. The specific numbers for Midtown were much better with 35 parking violations in 2016 and 12 in parking violations in 2017.
