What does it mean to love our Midtown neighborhood?
“I love Midtown and I can’t imagine living in any other neighborhood in Atlanta. I was drawn the great diversity of both its residents, its character and its offerings. I want to help build a better community that preserves what makes Midtown so unique while improving to make it better for residents today and tomorrow.”
What unique qualities do you offer that will continue the positive growth and work of MNA?
“I have a background in architecture, design and advertising. I have a passion for service, and I have held leadership roles in several organizations and committees and strive to lead with integrity. I will bring new, fresh ideas and thinking to MNA. I hope to continue to be a voice and representative of the many residents living in multi-family communities in Midtown, and especially all residents most likely to be affected by growth on the Ponce Corridor.”
How are you a good Midtown neighbor today?
“I take an active role in Midtown—I show up, listen to what all types of residents are saying, and participate in conversations at the neighborhood, NPU and City levels. I’ve participated in several MNA activities and events as a member and volunteer. I am the current president of my condo association and became the first condo to secure MNA memberships for our entire community. I led a large group of residents in upholding the Midtown Garden District Master Plan in opposition to a recent rezoning application on Ponce. I am passionate about smarter more sustainable cities, and am part of the leadership team of a grassroots organization advocating for Beltline Rail Now.”
