Atlanta Beltline Property Tax Assessment Appeal Workshop

Fulton County property owners have received their 2023 property value assessment statements. The statement’s mailing date triggers a 45-day window during which you can appeal your assessment if you feel it’s wrong or unfair.

The Atlanta BeltLine Partnership, Atlanta Legal Aid, and Grove Park Foundation are partnering to help guide property owners in BeltLine neighborhoods through the appeal process.

This free information session will help you understand your property tax statement and the options available if you want to appeal.
