Atlanta Beltline SubArea 6 Master Plan Draft Presentation

The Atlanta Beltline will join us at 5:30 PM, prior to the April Community Meeting, on 4/27/23 to present their first draft of the SubArea 6 Master Plan update.  Please note there is a separate link for this session.  

In this presentation, ABL will introduce the update draft for the first time and provide an opportunity for us to ask questions of their team.  In May, we will spend time digesting their recommendations and determining any update to our feedback.  These discussions will take place in our Land Use and Infrastructure meetings.  Check out our calendar for those dates.  The Atlanta Beltline will also provide a method for community members to provide feedback directly to their team and share any future public community sessions they have planned.

Through our Land Use and Infrastructure Committees, MNA participated in stakeholder and public community meetings, hosted by the Atlanta Beltline, over the last year.  Understanding the critical importance of this update, MNA contracted Canvass Planning Group to assist with aligning the Beltline update with our Garden District Master Plan. Thank you to all the residents that participated in this process with us.  Your feedback informed our response.  In December 2022, Canvass Planning Group submitted a summary of our feedback and the Atlanta Beltline has used this feedback in writing the draft we will discuss on Thursday.
