Stephen is a Georgia native. Born in East Point and growing up in Fayetteville, GA. After college, he moved to Midtown in 1999 and has been in the area since. Stephen built his life in the neighborhood – starting in the service industry at The Big Red Tomato until it closed, then at Blake’s on the Park until 2005. In 2002, Stephen began his passion career and became a REALTOR. For the first 9 years, he worked with Coldwell Banker The Condo Store located on Peachtree at 8thStreet. For the past 7 and a half years, he has been affiliated as a Top Producer at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty located at the tip of Midtown at Peachtree Point in the Invesco Building.
While not always a resident of Midtown proper, only working and playing there, Stephen has called, South Buckhead, Cabbagetown, and Virginia-Highland home. A little more than 3 years ago, he returned to Midtown living in one of the 3 residential properties on Piedmont Park in the Midtown Garden District and in the past few weeks decided to take a stab at High Rise living and moved to a prominent building in the Midtown Improvement District.
In his spare time when not, Stephen loves to hop on his bike and ride through Piedmont Park, participate in the kick-ball league in Piedmont Park, and travel as much as possible. Mostly to NYC to spend time with friends who live there.
Stephen has served as a member of his Condominium Board of Directors, he is a Life Member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producers, and was the 2016 Man of the Year Runner-up for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Georgia Chapter, and loves calling Midtown home.
