The first Public and Working Group meeting dates for the supplemental public participation process have been set and agreed upon by ABI and the development team.

- Initial Working Group Meeting Mon 4/9/18- 12:00 PM
- First Community-wide Meeting Tue 4/10/18 – 6:00 PM @ Grady High School (Murray Theater)
They will release the subsequent dates in short order.
Please share the date for the First Community-wide Meeting with the larger body of people you represent as the leader of the stake holding entity.
You may share the date for the Working Group with your representative(s) to that group.
I have offered to collect the names and contact information of your Working Group representative(s) because I have helped get this information out to you over the past few days. I will contact you tomorrow to get that information.
Our office has received many calls about the Community Engagement Agreement. To address some of the confusion I want to make sure that each of you know that the Community Engagement Agreement is supplemental and beyond the City Process that will occur starting in July. These first few months were written into the MOU between the selling entity and the potential purchaser to provide a process that is more inclusive and robust than the traditional city zoning process.
Council District 6 is here to ensure that you get the information you need as efficiently as possible. Hopefully this will help secure the most effective public engagement and city zoning process for this project and those we represent.
