Today construction crews at the Children’s School removed a piece of concrete from the ground that was supporting an elbow on the the water main. While the crew was trying to replace the concrete the elbow broke open from the pressure. Unfortunately the city of Atlanta does not have a valve between the main water line and the school so they had to turn the water off.
