Thursday Sept 7th the ZRB approved Z-17-36 Text Amendment to the MID SPI-16 overlay ordinance. Ginny Kennedy Director of Urban Design at the Midtown Alliance and Tony Rizzuto President of the Midtown Neighbor’s Association were present and made statements in support. The text amendment makes improvements to the overlay based on the findings of the Development Review Committee and various task forces.
