DESCRIPTION:Atlanta District 2 City Council Member Amir Farokhi is launching a comprehensive Arts and Culture Plan for Atlanta City Council District 2. The Council Member has hired a third-party consultancy firm to assist.  As part of the team’s background research\, they want to hear from District 2 residents via this interactive survey. \nPlease take a few moments to provide this important feedback.  \nCouncil Member Farokhi will be hosting a public meeting to discuss arts and culture in District 2 on Thursday\, November 2\, 2023\, 6:30 pm\, at the MLK Jr Recreation and Aquatic Center. Please plan to participate and vocalize your Midtown point of view.   \nParking is limited.  Attendees are encouraged to walk\, bike\, or use public transit. The Center is one block north of the King Memorial MARTA rail station; one block south of the Edgewood at Hilliard stop for the Atlanta Streetcar; and accessible via MARTA bus routes 3\, 809\, and 899.
