SUMMARY:Development Review Committee Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The City of Atlanta’s Development Review Committee (DRC) for Special Public Interest (SPI) Zones 16 & 17 meets monthly to review building proposals in the Midtown Improvement District (“the high-rise section”). The DRC is composed of shareholders of the Midtown Neighborhood including the Midtown Neighbors’ Association\, residents\, business owners and institutions.
