Council of Intown Neighborhoods and Schools’ Community Meeting - “2013 Legislative Agenda for Education”
January 30th (Wednesday) at 7 pm @ Centennial Place Elementary School, 531 Luckie Street, Atlanta, GA 30313

PLEASE NOTE THIS MEETING HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED.

Start the year off by joining CINS and the Grady Cluster for our annual legislative meeting. This year’s theme is "What Can We Expect in Education and Youth Services for Our Students and How Can We Engage Parents and the Community." We all play a critical role in ensuring that our children receive a quality education with appropriate resources. Our elected officials also play a critical role in issues related to public education. Join us as we discuss effective ways we might help inform and influence our elected officials on educational issues. We’ll also hear from our elected officials and the APS Legislative Liaison what some of the “hot issues” in 2013 are with respect to public education.

CINS’ community meetings are always free and open to the public. CINS is a not-for-profit organization that has worked for over 34 years to empower public schools in our cluster located in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia. CINS’ mission is to work with Atlanta Public Schools to foster the development of safe, quality education in the Grady cluster of schools.
